Anytime two organizations can collaborate it is a good thing. The notion of sharing resources for the common good not to mention both institutions and students benefit is a spectacular idea. This should encourage others to do the same. When people think outside the box so much can be created!
The lack of faculty is a huge problem within nursing academia; part of the reason for this I believe is that the salaries are too low for the time and effort that goes into the teaching process.Great Job with your blog.
